Wizards Acquire Profit from Magic

Orlando sends Profit to Wizards
The Orlando Magic traded the draft rights to G Laron Profit (38th overall in 99 Draft) to the Washington Wizards in exchange for a conditional second round pick in 2001.
Note:
Who got the better of the deal?
Washington.
Why?
The Wiz got something for nothing. Profit, 65, is a good defender who plays the passing lanes well. He has a good chance to make the roster because of his defensive skills. He could back up Mitch Richmond and Richard Hamilton.
